About Me

I help high-output empaths move from chronic over-extension into lives that are deeply nurturing, rather than depleting.

The Journey to Here

For years, my work has been about helping people find their way back to wholeness.

I began my professional path in the clinical world. I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and spent a decade working as a psychotherapist in Idaho. During those ten years, I helped clients untangle deep-seated survival patterns, process trauma, and navigate complex relationships. But over time, I realized I wanted to walk beside people in a different way—not just helping them recover from past pain, but active, forward-looking partnerships that focus on resilience, personal sovereignty, and agency.

To bridge this gap, I transitioned into coaching, earning my credentials through the Academy for Coaches and committing to continuous advanced training.

Today, my work as a coach is deeply informed by both my clinical background and my personal journey of stepping out of survival mode. I combine the depth of psychological understanding with the practical, action-oriented focus of coaching to help exhausted empaths reclaim their energy, their identity, and their lives.

My Philosophy: The Authentic Shift

I believe that true resilience is not about gritting your teeth and carrying more; it is about building the emotional capacity and nervous system tolerance to choose yourself.

In my coaching, we work through three essential pillars to help you step out of the exhaustion cycle:

Resilience: Rebuilding your physical and emotional baseline so your body becomes a reliable anchor, not a source of constant stress.

Identity: Unpacking the patterns of over-responsibility and reclaiming who you actually are beneath the roles you play for everyone else.

Agency: Bringing old survival stories into conscious awareness, gently uncoupling your self-worth from constant doing, and building sustainable daily rhythms.

I am not here to give you a generic self-care checklist. I am here to help you do the deep work of dismantling the survival patterns that keep you hidden, so you can build a life that is fiercely congruent with who you actually are.

Beyond My Coaching

When I am not coaching, you can usually find me soaking up the wild beauty of Montana.

I am a certified life coach, former psychotherapist and Maine sea kayak instructor, knitter, designer, folklore lover, cat mom, and amateur nature photographer. I live just outside Glacier National Park in Columbia Falls, Montana. I love paddleboarding, hiking, huckleberry picking, soaking up the goodness of the forest, music, and watching Saturday morning cartoons with my life partner.
